DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process weekly, mid-monthly and end-monthly payroll timely and accurately. Produce the necessary monthly payroll report and reconciliation. Maintain high level documentation system in line with company requirements. Monitor and maintain the e-Leave System and Time Management System (TMS) in line with payroll process. Handle the full spectrum of HR administration and process. Responsible in monthly EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and datelines that are in practice. Prepare and distribute e-payslips electronically to all employees and reconcile the errors in payouts. Ensure that changes to claims and benefits payout formula are captured and changed accordingly in the system. Ensure that the employee master record well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees. Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits. Execute / manage all phases of recruitment activities, manpower planning & establish advertisement standard. Ensure strict compliance to Company’s policies, procedure & practices. Maintain strict confidentiality & professionalism. Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager or any officer nominated by the company.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Vast knowledge in payroll specializing in F&B or Hotel industry. Experience in payroll processing with accuracy of calculation and timeliness. Preferably knowledge in SAGE will be advantage. Strong communication skill in both written and verbal in English, Malay & Chinese. Able to commence to work immediately or short notice will be an advantage. Must possess own transportation. Full-Time permanent position available. An immediate starters will be given high priority.
