DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage incoming calls and sales & support enquiries Assign each client query/request to the correct personnel for troubleshooting and follow-up. Adhere to the SOPs that are already put in place when handling client accounts Network with the different departments across the company that are involved in customer support, orders and processing Build sustainable relationships and gain trust with existing clients through effective and interactive communication Render administrative support and work closely with immediate supervisor and team members to ensure smooth work processes at all times Assist with any other ad-hoc duties when necessary Meet assigned individual and team targets, if any
REQUIREMENT

GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ or ‘A’ levels applicants will be welcomed Adequate command of both English and Mandarin languages to liaise with mandarin speaking clients Good organization and interpersonal skills, including effective multi-tasking and time management Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently with minimal supervision Prior working experience in customer service role will be useful
