DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create and maintain good relationship with the existing customers by regular contacts and/or meetings Increase market share by acquiring new customers and develop from the existing customers Get inquiries, make offers, and negotiate with the customers to make deals Issue sales contracts and monitor the delivery / logistics Monitor customers payment to prevent the occurring of bad debts Attend and response to customers claim and complaint and settle them immediately Follow up on sample requests from customers and monitor the trials Go on business trips when it is necessary Get as much market information to give feedback to the management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree(S1) preferable majoring in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with GPA > 3.0 Fresh graduate are encourage to apply but experience in Polymer would be advantages. Having strong ability in problem solving, computer operation, analytical and presentation skills Having knowledge of market Polymer Business in Indonesia Excellent communication in English (both spoken and written) and Mandarin/Hokkien is preferable Good communication & Interpersonal skills, strong confidence, highly motivated for self-improvement, proactive, cooperative and good team work Work placement: Jakarta
