DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the Risk & Compliance Team Lead design and implement quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure client service and compliance goals are met and maintained
Work with the assigned function Leads and other teams on continuous process simplification and improvement including risks identification, controls design and implementation
Prepare relevant Risk and Compliance reports that shall aid the decision-making process
All other tasks particularly quality assurance related ones that may assign
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in quality and auditing • Experience in auditing processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Stakeholder management • Experience in BCMS is a plus
