DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, teach and reinforce supply chain guidelines and protocols. Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity Train and mentor SCM employees Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives Prepare and submit weekly reports to SC Director, APAC and other Management Team representatives Optimize warehouse functions Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field 10+ years' experience in manufacturing in a leadership role At leasts 5 years's experience in supply chain management Familarity with best practices in SCM Experience with ERP programs (SAP preferred) Experience in supply chain planning is a must Ability to lead, train and mentor employee
