DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry Make offer and prepare quotation to customers Order processing Monitor the order and ensure that delivery is scheduled in order to meet customers' required due date Maintain confidentiality of business information Maintain and promote good customer relations Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in any discipline or at least 2 years working experience in similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Good interpersonal,communication and people management skill Attend to details, efficient follow up skills and customer oriented mindset Able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to multi task
