DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Planning event aspects, such as venues, entertainers, schedule speakers, dining, guest list, seating etc
Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, event set-up, communicating with staff and organising with vendors
Event planning, design and production within time limits
Liaise with the management to identify their requirements and expectation for each event
Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers and guest speakers
Staying under budget while planning event specifications
Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements/e-flyer for each event
Communicating with finance department for event/activities payment matter
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes
Collecting agent's data for data entry
Liaise with IT department regarding in-house website and app, to update IT on any issues arising or any improvements suggestions from agents
Assist with agents' training and activities
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations or related field
Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer service oriented attitude
MS Office proficiency
