DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Responsible for supervise of the line production ( Filling, Packing & Mixing ) 2. Ensure the line production ( Filling, Mixing & Packing ) are working as schedule. 3. Implementation & evaluation about plan production activity 4. Responsible for review the production report from line leader 5. Strive to always maintain the quality of product produced and the production productivity 6. Routine daily couching and counselling to the sub ordinates ( Line Leader & Operator) 7. Coordinate also giving direction and monitoring the whole production activity 8. Implementation & Monitoring Quality GMP, Personel Hygiene, 5R, Safety and environment in area responsible
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Pharmacy or Aphotecary or equivalent Required language(s): English At least 10 Year(s) of working experience at COSMETIC INDUSTRY / COSMETIC MANUFACTURE or PHARMACY as SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION Required Skill(s): cosmetics, Production planning, packaging material, analisis packaging material, • Understand ISO 9001, OHSAS, GMP/CPKB, HALAL, Have good leadership skills, capable to work with the team and subordinate Assertive, disciplined and loyal to the company and be able to work under pressure Capable to organize working plan for improving the efficiency and effectiveness Computer operation skill and understanding ERP system Understand ISO 9001, OHSAS, GMP/CPKB, HALAL Capable to make production planning and report Understand the flow of production process ( Mixing and Filling – Packing ) Understand about 5R and continuous Improvement / Kaizen in Production area Willing to work in shifting time Willing to work at Ciracas, Jakarta Timur Preferably domicile near at Ciracas Willing to join A.S.A.P
