DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain and penetrate existing or new customer to introduce company products or services with close follow up in order to meet the assigned target
Assist Coal & Mineral Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, fulfill and controlling all activities of the Sales field of Coal & Marine
Grow existing and new customers in order to meet the agreed target
Monitor project progress and follow up customer inquiries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner
Record, maintain and expand database of prospecting client related to sales activities through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target
Communicate with new/existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services
Coordinate with Sales Admin in preparing all tender documentations/quotations properly in order to ensure the completeness and validity of documentation also on time submission to client
Follow up to customer quotations, cancellation or changes in sales orders, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin (Mandatory)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having experienced in Sales/Marketing/Trader in Mining industries is a must.
Required Skill(s): Negotiation Skill
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
