Job brief We are looking for a production supervisor to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes in our manufacturing facility in Bali Job Duties The Production Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize time, quality and productivity. Be responsible for production planning, output, product quality and on-time shipping Manage lines with multiple style changes every month. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions when problems happened in the production line Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and artisans Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime Commit to plant safety, eco-friendly procedures Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts Proven work experience as a jeweler production supervisor for a minimum period of 3 years with a D3 degree or S1 Familiarity with Jewelry Industry standard equipment and technical expertise Computer literate Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
