DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Fast pace and sales oriented. Work closely with agency force from insurance/financial industry. To ensure company achieve the sales targets of production and recruitments. Rewards for high achiever staffs. Responsible to monitor, track and review the performance of agents against their sales targets. Working closely with agency force to plan to ensure the company’s assigned production targets are achieved. Initiate and implement agents’ recruitment exercise to further develop business. Be responsible to recruit & develop new agency force to fulfill the recruitment target. Guide and develop new agents according to Company’s established plans and policies. To conduct regular training program to upgrade the skills and knowledge of agency force. Promote company’s products and marketing plan through conducting Business Opportunity Briefing. To organize marketing events and activities to improve the business and competency of agents. Attend to all agent-related enquiries by working closely with various related departments.
REQUIREMENT

Possess a minimum professional certification / Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration and equivalent. A minimum 2 years working experience in sales and marketing, agency or administration support is required. Experience in supporting Agency Force or any direct sales team will be an added advantage, preferably within financial products such as insurance, unit trust and direct marketing. Candidates from General or Life Insurance industry are an added advantage and encouraged to apply. Candidates with background in Unit Trust, Banking or Financial Advisor are also welcomed to apply. This is permanent full time position in HQ, Sibu and Sandakan
