1. Prepare and responsible for pipeline management and good sales forecast. 2. Full participation of marketing campaigns to increase number of sales. 3. Lead and support Sales Managers in the Production Printing business to achieve the targets set. Works closely with Sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved at individual and team level. 4. Participates in all sales meetings to review sales activities and develop action plan. Actively interface with other departments e.g. service. 5. Ensures that all established sales and company procedures are understood and carried out by sales team. 6. Appeases dissatisfied customers, together with team members, with prompt resolution of any product or service problem that may occur. 7. Conducts regular field visits to support sales personnel, build customer relationship and look for business opportunities. 8. Take corrective actions for any performance below performance standards. 9. Reports sales results on a regular basis or as and when required, to higher management. 10. Actively and continuously look for new business opportunities in the Graphic Arts or Corporate Industry. 11. Uses personal expertise to develop new business opportunities with the team. 12. Coaches’ sales people to understand PP product and solutions (independent work behavior) and to achieve their targets. 13. Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 requirements and standards. 14. Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time.
