DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in planning, managing and coordinating the manager’s calendar to ensure all activities are implemented
Generate reports, presentations, briefing papers as well as other documents as required
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of official communication, information, data as well as security of office assets
Conduct background research and present findings
Respond to inquiries appropriately
Sort phone calls, enquiries and requests
Arrange and maintain diaries and make appointments
Handle incoming email, faxes and post
Arrange and participate in meetings and make sure the manager is well prepared
Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports as well as presentations
Organize travel, visas as well as accommodation
Devise and maintain office systems
Generate and maintain office systems including data management
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
At least two years of practical experience in the same role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to work under pressure
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong computer knowledge including a good typing speed
