DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To manage and coordinate from design concept to implementation stage for projects that had been assigned. Oversee and review consultant's submission at the various stages ie conceptual & schematic level, design development level, contract administration level, construction and occasionally site inspection. Assist in the monitoring design development process through to documentation and site implementation to ensure accuracy in interpret and built quality control. Provide design and advisory support including problem-solving under a tight schedule with multiple teams, members, consultants, and contractors. To support and work closely with Park management team on maintaining the existing landscape and on-going aesthetically-pleasing improvement within the Park. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/ management.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience of landscape architecture office experience or in property developer. Empower to discuss and negotiate for establishing contracts with Contractors/Suppliers/ Services Provider; report or make a recommendation to the Manager as applicable. Empower to identify/develop relationships and network with Operators. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work with design team to develop conceptual, schematic and construction documents for landscape architectural elements. Knowledge of landscape materials and construction details. Strong design and problem-solving skills.
