DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In this role, you will be expected to lead the design of users experience (both gamers and game developers) for our online games publishing platform. You will have opportunity to design the compelling and creative experiences that strike a balance between the consumers’ intent and the business’s needs. You will give it shape by defining the product vision through end-to-end experience design, set a clear experience vision, work from concept through development, and lead other designers and cross-functional teams to achieve your goals. You will work closely with our world class engineering team to ensure that we are building a world class product.
REQUIREMENT

5+ years working as a UI/UX designer Degree in design or equivalent experience Good knowledge and ability to implement the vision using HTML, CSS, Javascript Good understanding of web technologies Experienced at driving a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results, connects emotionally. Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and have an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills in regard to being able to communicate complex concepts clearly, interactively, and persuasively to all of these audiences is an absolute necessity. Experience working for a software company, startups, and gaming a plus Occasional international travel might be required.
