DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Covering front desk duties including greeting guest, incoming call, conference room arrangement Perform general administrative support tasks, including but not limited to below: Handling of local and overseas courier, and mail distribution Co-ordinate with Office Assistant to serve drinks Update weekly travel schedule for executives and telephone list Order office and pantry supplies Verifying Invoice Liaise with Building Management for air con requirement and noise complaint, etc. Assist ad hoc office administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENT

Form 7 or other relevant qualifications or above Minimum 3 years of experience in reception and administrative functions Knowledge and experience in IP Phone operations is preferable Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Cheerful, good telephone manner with pleasant personality Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Well organized, attentive to details, willing to learn and follow through tasks independently Positive thinking and possesses team work spirit Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
