DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Attends walk-in customers and customers' service booking.
Create job cards for every motorcycles collected
Prepares quotations for repair and services
Verifies job cards to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with customers on their purchase orders
Handles full set of short-term motorcycles lease account, including lease extension.
Liaises with customers and Workshop Department to recall motorcycles on lease for monthly servicing and annual vehicle inspection.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
1 - 2 year's customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills and relates well to all levels of internal and external customers
Computer literacy
