DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Always Interact with clients over the phone & email in a professional manner Pro-actively develop innovative ideas to drive the process, product and support improvements towards the client. Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation Maintain customers relationship Continually expand your knowledge of our business in order to assist customer Accurately answer question and address client concerns To provide product recommendation to customer To work closely with internal team (Sales, documentation & operation )
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent Good writen and spoken English and Mandarin Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player Proficient in MS Office,including MS Word and Excel Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Minimium 1 to 2 years related working experience is preferred but not a must Benefits 2 Full-Time positions available
