DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage largeamounts of Calls Customer to arrange delivery order Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Responding promptly to Customer inquiries Update details of customer inquiries ,comments and complaints in the database during and after each call and actions taken Follow up on Customer interactions via emails Maintains POD records of customer and file documents Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
REQUIREMENT

High school diploma , general education degree or equivalent Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset knowledge of relevant computer applications Experience working with Customer Support or Call centre Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
