DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling operation job schedule planning and communicate with customer & internal staff. Distribution and update job reports daily. Handling customer survey & satisfaction rate. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via email and telephone call. Update and filing records / related documents.
REQUIREMENT

Min. SPM & 2 years Customer Service / Administration working experience. Possess Schedule Planning / ISO working experience will be an advantage. Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self motivated and willing to accept challenge. Mature, Independent, able to work under pressure. Computer literate. Familiar with MS Office Excel & Word. Must be able to speak & write in good English, Chinese and BM. 5 days work week. Can start work immediately.
