DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Checking and processing of “cash on delivery” transactions Attend all enquiries from customer Maintain good delivery performance for major customers Complaints handling Co-ordinate with branch operation on parcel status Monitoring of parcels status Ensure prompt email reply to customers Any adhoc duties such as assisting TQB Branch Operations (i.e.: sorting of parcels, etc) Int'l TAQBIN import/export processing
REQUIREMENT

Minimum GCE "O"Level Able to communicate at different level (Internal & external customer) Able to work after office hour when needed for project job Positive thinking with good working attitudes Relevant experience in Customer Service will be strongly considered Able to commit5 day shift (9am – 6:00pm, 9am – 8:00pm)
