Call existing customer base using a prepared call script to provide after-sales servicing and cross sell opportunity via our Mobile Financial Consultants. Ensures strict compliance with company and partners’ policies and procedures – including but not limited to PDPA and DNC registry. Delivers measurable outcomes with appointment setting and appointments met. Meticulously manage and update leads provided. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 100% of calls to be captured in 3CM and/or Sales Force records Feedback to management team on customer feedback and areas of concern.
Minimum “O” Levels. A customer-centric mindset. Highly driven and motivated sales person with a positive attitude. Team player. Experience Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a contact centre, preferably in insurance.
