The ideal candidate should preferably hold a College Degree in Computer Science and / or Engineering Two years of supporting IT software development teams Good understanding of the processes in software development projects Good troubleshooting skills Applicants that have worked for a digital advertising agency have an added advantage High degree of intuition Ability to assign work tasks effectively Good communication skills Ability to work under minimal supervision
