Co-ordination of board meetings for certain Group Subsidiaries
Assisting in the set-up of new corporate entities via Labuan
Supporting office administration in Labuan
Organizing, arranging and coordinating stakeholder meetings
Management of office equipment and bookkeeping of lease agreements
Managing data entry and secretarial services
Develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, legal and multiple business units, to build a better understanding of the Company and to execute job responsibilities efficiently and effectively
Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance
Excellent written and verbal communications and comprehension skills, including the ability to clearly explain administrative topics.
Basic PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office skills
Abled to multi-tasking, staying organized and working in a fast paced environment.
Proactive, self-starter and able to operate with minimal guidance while working collaboratively within a team environment.
REQUIREMENT
This role reports to Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance
Fresh graduate with Diploma or Degree holder in administration is welcome to apply
