DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with local product manager to support product operations. Organize and manage required QC support, to deliver on time according to Scrum sprints. Determine task priority, schedules, and deadlines for assigned areas/systems. Assist in day to day monitoring of bugs. Finds and reports common issues/inconsistencies among bugs. Analyze and understand the feature specifications produced by the Product Team. Design and execute test cases the mobile app according to the specifications. Identify system/design issues and implement solutions. Collaborate with dev team to release on time and do UAT. Management of overall UAT process over business teams (Product Team, CS Team) to improve overall quality in local markets.
REQUIREMENT

2+ years of software testing. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Experienced in mobile and web apps testing and trouble-shoot. Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices. Familiarization with defect tracking and test management tools. Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms. Highly motivated and can work independently without constant supervision. Experienced with Agile Scrum methodologies. Basic of experience in automation testing is a plus. Automation test is a plus: Jmeter, Selenium, SoapUI,... Fluency in verbal and written English with strong communication skills. Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth startup environment.
