Answering service calls from customer on all occasions and feedback to service manager.
Replying enquiries from customers.
Handling Quotation, issuing Delivery Order and Invoice for customers.
Checking through and processing Purchase Orders from customers.
Preparing documents, picking, packing and arranging delivery to customers.
Doing receiving for parts.
Preparing minutes for service meeting.
Doing month end closing for Sales and Inventory closing values.
Updating price and delivery period for service parts.
Ensure proper filling for all documents and records (Service Repost / Quotation / Delivery Order / Invoice).
