DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that all documents are properly filed accordingly for easy reference and access. To be responsible for the collection of payment. To assist Account cum Admin in the preparation and issuing of monthly invoice to be posted. Handle issuance of car parking access card/sticker and resident cards. Perform administrative functions in the management office.
REQUIREMENT

Provide front desk services to the residents. Computer literate. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible. Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions. Good team player and ability to work well with others. Undertake duties as may be communicated to you from time to time by your superior. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condominium Management environment.
