DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare payroll and verify all statutory correspondence EPF, SOCSO, PCB and etc. Handling disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, terminations, appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, show cause, warning letter and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labour laws matters. Conduct the staff evaluation program. Coordinate training programmes including participants, schedules, training materials, training annual plan and etc. Handle on ISO procedure and system i.e. : ISO documentations control. Responsible for office administration task & manage the day to day administration operations.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): literate payroll system, experience in HR & Administration Functions
