DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To follow up on customer queries and request for quotation
To prepare the project submission, quotation and Sample Order Form
To organize delivery services, prepare delivery order and ensure the delivery is carrying out efficiently including liaising closely with transporter on delivery matters
To provide Invoice and export shipping documents to customer for TT Payment and customs clearance
Liaise closely with Operation department regarding stock availability and cargo info
To monitor/ compile and ensure the accuracy of the sales forecasts and disseminate necessary information to all departments concerned weekly/ monthly basis
To prepare the Statement of Accounts Monthly and chasing payment
To prepare relevant management reports and analysis to support business decision making
REQUIREMENT
Must have the experience in export shipments and regional orders fulfillment
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service / sales administrative support
Analytical thinking, high attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic, precise and a fast learner
Computer literate, excel skills are important
Organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong admin skills
Must be able to work in a team
Must be able to work under pressure
