DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyzing, diagnosing, and installation to several areas including desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), network connectivity, printers, scanners, and any related problems Troubleshooting and solving any database/application software issues from problem identification, analysis, solution recommendations to implementation of the solution Manage active directory, Microsoft SCCM Maintenance on server and network infrastructure Maintaining all updates and security patches for applications and operating systems Notebook hardware troubleshoot, such as RAM, Hardisk, VGA Manage server : windows, linux , mail server Technical documentations of hardware/software additions or changes Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user Reporting, admin tasks, and IT control activities
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 year of working experience in related field Hardware knowledge : Desktop PC dan Notebook Operating System and Application knowledge : Windows, Apple (MacOS) Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook (backup & restore), MySQL, SQL Server, Network (LAN, WAN, VPN), DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Domain, share folder, share printer, and Firewall Technologies Fluent in English Willing to work SHIFT if needed Willing to travel whenever required
