DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments at all levels
Review and enhance of operational processes at all customer touch-points
Identify processes, procedures and workflow improvements and assist in the implementation
Work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups
Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different ICYMI products.
Provide quality customer service to customers either by email or online live chat
Handle and resolve complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and follow up enquiries and complaints promptly
Process orders with customers’ particular verification
In charge of SIMs card and device activation when required
Liaise with delivery firm to arrange package delivery
Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken, troubleshooting case tracking
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
Working experience in the related field (telecom services, consumer electronics products) is an advantage
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Strong team player and self-driven individual with a positive attitude
Pleasant disposition and personality
Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, if applicable
