DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Answering customer queries and resolving customer concern over calls and emails Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution Review and deconflict customer feedbacks to identify service gaps and implement corrective measures Develop service procedures, policies and standards Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement Handling escalations Plan and implement initiatives and processes to increase customer service excellence
