Receptionist Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi Job Description - Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. - Sales lead management and tracking system which allows to be aware of clients' buying requirements. - Responsible for handling the sales appointment (scheduler) where the data on all the meetings with customers are entered including follow- up calls, email and test drives. - Making sure the customer database is correct and accurate. - Maintaining and track customers inquiries. - Managing follow up with customers. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Assess customers' needs, provide assistance and information on product features. - Provide desk reception duties and answering phone calls in a cordial, timely and professional manner. - Meet and greet customer and clients in a professional and warm manner. - Maintains sales documents and records. - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
REQUIREMENT
Female Arabic candidate with excellent communication skills. - Front desk handling experience of at least 2-3 years. - Proficient in popular software apps like MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. - Customer service background would be preferable.
