DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation. Organizing events and conferences. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, dealers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Conducting research on behalf of the manager. Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel. Willingness to work in the weekend Willingness to work outside/ outing with manager
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
