DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
All customers in the dealership are assisted in a timely manner in accordance to customer handing standard operating procedures
Perform customer service surveys such as, but not limited to, Post-service follow up calls, dealer initiated surveys, and customer profiling
Create and submit any and all required reports related to customer satisfaction
Participate and implement all customer relation and experience enhancement activities in the dealership
Monitor all incoming customer inquiries to ensure its resolution based on the target closure lead time
Receive, document, provide initial investigation and analysis, coordinate and monitor all customer concerns received from various channels such as emails, telephone calls, SMS, social media, official media and walk-in
Ensure that related laws are strictly followed and considered during the handling of any concern
Perform any duties related to job mission
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Customer Handling, Probing, Written communication, Verbal communication, Analytical and Logical skills, Multi-tasking, Interpersonal skills
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
