DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the sales team in daily administrative work, in handling and processing customers enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints Set up new customer account
Provide pricing and delivery information ( For existing customers and sample submission only)
Manage administration (Filing and documentations)
Monitor sales performance (weekly) and ensure department KPI are closely monitor.
Generate sales report ( Monthly basis)
Record details of inquiries, comments and complains.
Record details of action taken.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service or sales coordination and support Good communication skills Salary : $3000 - $4000
