To lead supervisors on achieving target UPH & utilization To ensure attrition cost not exceed the limit To ensure system procedures are implemented To ensure operators work safety and always practice 5S
REQUIREMENT

Degree/Diploma in manufacturing Engineer Minimum 5 years experience in Production with strong leader shift and supervisory function (Preferred in PCBA Manufacturing / Assembly , strong in computer and Skill MS Office, Outlook, etc Good written and verbal communication in English Knowledge in SAP industry experience/exposure Ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks
