DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Act as an ambassador of the Premium Coffee brand in our Customer Relationship Centre. He/She is the main and privileged point of contact with the customer mainly by telephone and e-mail. The Coffee specialist is responsible for taking orders, understanding and satisfying customer needs, listening, informing and proposing solutions to customer problems.
Main Responsibilities
Management of new customers
Welcoming new members on the phone, opening their account, presenting the Club, proposing assistance, taking the first order. Reassuring Club Members as to the quality of their purchase of the product.
Taking orders and ensuring their follow up
Ensuring data accuracy when placing orders received, receiving inbound inquiry on the phone, identification and checking personal particulars, entering up to date information on the system, checking orders in progress, reformulating orders and/or informing club member on order status.
Corresponding to Club Members e-mails via Calleo and live chats.
Order follow-up: manage coffee problems, damaged parcels, returned goods, change of delivery date
Maintenance of proactive relations with customers
Initiates conversation with our customers about concerns raised in a previous call, offer services, inform the customer of latest coffees, marketing activities, providing information and giving advice on the use of products and machines.
Responsibility for machine problems
Supporting club members to diagnose machine problems. Solve the club member’s problem with machine trouble shooting by phone and set in motion the assistance service program. Supporting club member’s inquiry about the progress of a repair.
REQUIREMENT
Good education level with extensive general culture
1 to 2 years of experience in telephone sales/customer service with upmarket customers
Strong command of spoken and written English
Perfect knowledge of the local language ( English/Bahasa Malaysia )
Expertise in oral communication Courtesy
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
