DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and support store network infrastructure; troubleshooting routers, switches and firewall. Problem solving with IT partners, on site work to the critical system failures for sooner solving Lead and launch the IT project with Japan IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition. Particularly for store system support, providing stable IT environments by collaboration with local IT partners. Lead establishing best business process, train the users and stabilize the new operation. Understand existing global/local systems and design solutions in line with the overall IT system architecture and application portfolio. Collaborate with IT members in charge of various IT systems including 3rd party partners and orchestrate the solution implementation phase.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major Minimum 2 years of network infrastructure experience Minimum 1-year experience in retail business as IT Infrastructure Strong network infrastructure knowledge including router/switch/firewall/VPN configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance Hands on experience on firewall setup and configuration is desired Occasional travel around Asia Pacific region required Business level communication in English
