DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing programs for a period of time until the project is completed, as well as working closely with the Marketing Communications department to arrange promotional programs and targets in line with company strategy, oversee and evaluate the implementation of marketing programs, sales and promotion to achieve sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Others or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the property field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): property management, property sales and marketing, ms office, strong leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skill, driving to result and target orientated, presentation and negotiation skill, managerial competency, property analysis ability Preferably Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
