DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage category and seek opportunities to improve efficiency through category order strategy.
Identify local suitable vendors and products, lead the evaluation of the capabilities of vendors.
Conduct market analysis, action plans and align supplier strategy with local stakeholders.
Conduct project management with local stakeholders to ensure the project is purchased on time.
Lead contract negotiation by working with requestors and legal (price, volume, flexibility, payment terms, liabilities, etc.)
Identify local saving opportunities with stakeholders and see to the implementation and problem shooting,
Contribute to the standard reporting including contract register, documentation and report.
REQUIREMENT
More than 5 years working experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Indirect Procurement. Ever Manage Professional Services or Marketing Category is a plus. Solid experience with team/project management be good at finding common ground in complex and multi-stakeholders circumstance. Fluent spoken and written English.
