DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, organise and supervise venue setup and event logistics for seminars, meetings, staff activities, and other HKMA events Co-ordinate with internal users and external vendors on the preparation of events as well as to provide on-site support Assist in supervising the services provided by AV and Event Coordinators, and casual labour on venue and AV equipment setup Assist in event-related enhancement projects
REQUIREMENT

University degree in event / hospitality management, business administration or related disciplines preferred At least 2 years (for Officer) or 1 year (for Assistant Officer) of solid work experience in event management or handling administrative duties Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Attention to details and able to multitask to meet tight deadlines Need to work overtime and during holidays as and when required
