DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain manpower plan in annual basis and provide recruitment Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Coordinate and support the administration Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of psychology/Law/Human resource management from reputable university Overseas graduate are welcome to apply Having work experience at the same field Prefer good written and spoken in English Good problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must Cheerful, attentive, and caring to others Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
