DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Demonstrate a highly professional, assertive, communicative, empathetic, flexible and open working attitude; Act as a role model for others by setting a high professional standard; To liaise and maintain good communication with both internal and external parties and deliver quality service in a timely and effective manner; Be discreet on matters of confidentiality. Provide full spectrum executive and secretarial support to Director and Senior Management including but not limited to manage and organize daily schedules, personal appointments and business meetings; prepare correspondence, meeting materials, business proposals and reports; Maintain effective communications with local and overseas team, work closely in planning and executing all aspects of business development projects and campaigns; Front office reception, registration, providing guidance for visitor and notify or redirect message in timely manner. Responsible for recording and archiving employee monthly attendance data. Providing customer with macroeconomic news and financial market news. Identify potential gaps and develop ideas for possible future improvements, assist management in formulating strategies, policies and build a better future for the Company; Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Good command of spoken and written Bahasa, Mandarin and English; The ability to work effectively and cooperatively with local and overseas teams,to multi-task, determine priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment and completed work in a timely manner, Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, result-oriented; Mature, self-motivated and independent, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility; Open-minded, willing to learn and try new approaches to tasks and objectives; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and English & Chinese word-processing.
