DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide accurate and efficient document control; file, organize, and maintain all documents/records in a proper manner.
Handle administrative and clerical tasks
Support to all department; assist in filing, basic data entry, and other related tasks.
Assisting daily operation of the office
Attend incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
REQUIREMENT
Computer Literacy & Excel in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Must be responsible and able to work independently. Good understanding and strong human relation skills 6 working days per week during probation Alternate Saturday after 3 months probation
