DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training Assist with budget monitoring and payroll Coordinate employee development plans and performance management Establishing good industrial relationship between company and co-workers Building employer brand for attract the great talent Create co-worker activity to support internalization of IKEA core values Conduct recruitment and selection process for the right talent according to company’s standard Ensuring talent management plan for providing successor for each level. Assist with all internal and external HR related matters such as KPI guidance for performance appraisal. Provide employee coaching and counselling also involvement in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
REQUIREMENT

Interested in people’s everyday life at home and furnishing products. Min. having bachelor degree, preferably to hold qualifications related to human resources. Good understanding the legalities of Labor Law and employment equity regulations in relation to HR and employee employment rights and how to apply them within your day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare. Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving and be able to manage filing/database system. Strong decision-making and problem solving skills. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat. Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
