DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

providing a wide range of administrative support to Head, M+ Museum Building Management including administrating travel plans/expenses and documentation, arranging meetings and preparing meeting agenda and minutes and handling of any correspondences and maintaining a register of wide range of documents; providing operational support to the daily operational matters and contract management; assisting in monitoring project budget, status tracking, processing procurement request and managing invoices settlement; coordinating with the museum team members and liaising with other WKCDA departments on the daily administrative and invoice payment related matters; and supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor when required
REQUIREMENT
