Fully own the project management of expanding the iPPOS coverage in ME including gathering needed support from other team members e.g. Retail, Education in ME and regional team EMEA to ensure successful roll-out and maintenance of the tool
First point of contact for any issues related to the usage of the CRM tool, including but not limited to IT or training topics
Assists the BDM and the markets with the brand CRM programs; initialisation, organisation, tracking, follow-up, client selection, and analysis of success according to brand guidelines
Responsible for analysis and reporting of the CRM dashboard in coordination with regional teams
First point of contact for any issues related to the usage of the CRM tool, including but not limited to IT or training topics
Drives the database, capture rate and CRM KPI’s improvement, acting as the key data governor to monitor client data quality of individual markets, with support of regional Business Intelligence Manager and regional CRM Manager EMEA
Manages the annual CRM and marketing books forecasts with BDM so that global CRM campaigns and Programmes are implemented, maximising the use the global assets and ensuring the roll-out
Gathers post-activity reports and qualitative feedbacks for every CRM activation, latest 1 months after the activation itself and supports the reporting of all CRM/client eventing topics in the monthly reports
Provides clients insights based on business intelligence and market feedback to support the brand strategy implementation
Works closely with internal partners such as marketing providing feedback on actionable recommendations on country specific activations e.g. Retailer moments
Monitors key competitor actions and programs in the region and compile regular recap with highlights for CRM community
Shares best practices and initiatives in the region and helps build a feedback and sharing culture
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration/, commercial education with experience in CRM and ideally in the luxury industry
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to understand complex data correlations, knowledge and understanding of Data collection tools
Capability to positively inspire and influence others, to embrace and encourage daily use of data collection tool

Rigorous attention to detail and finesse
Fluent in English and Arabic, any other language, especially Farsi would be an asset
Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of CRM KPIs
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
