DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead the team to achieve sales target
Acquire new business to grow sales focused on strategic customers for ASANI
Manage the selling process end-to-end from planning to closing a customer, with strong collaboration across ASANI internal functions.
Identify potential market trends and services to create customized win-win solutions for ASANI and the customer
Implement new initiatives for broader penetration of the market from lead generation to selling proposition.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs with our offering.
Support the company by making continuous improvement in accordance with company's vision and mission.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field. 3+ years of relevant sales experience; having experience in B2B Sales and/or startup would be a plus. Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Fluent in English Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent leadership skills
