DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible to handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration.
Manage tenant relations and risk exposure such as arrears management.
Technically savvy with operational experience in facilities management is a plus.
Responsible for the building maintenance and also the daily building operational.
Keeping the building utilities running normally and well.
Managing and monitoring safety and cleanliness of building facilities
Managing OH&S (occupational health & safety) and risk assessments
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
Good personal and interpersonal skills.
Having good leadership management
Willing to travel domestic
